How can I replace drain hose on Bosch SHU6802 dishwasher?

Drain hose must have got crushed at installation long ago; kinked, now holed and leaking. Have dishwasher out of cabinetry but cannot see how I can get access to the appliance end of the drain hose to remove and replace it. Any guidance will be greatly appreciated.
