How can I replace a lost or stolen licence, and how much will it cost?
If your licence has been lost or stolen it, the incident should be reported to your local POLICE STATION as an identity theft. Then submit an application along with PS report, receipt of payment of appropriate fee as per rule———– of the Central Motor vehicle Rules, passport size photo and—– to the competent Licensing Authority. The LA shall then issue the Duplicate LL to you in accordance with rule 11 of the Chhattisgrah MV Rules.
