The incline adjustment on my Weslo 10.5 treadmill is not responsive to the switches. There is 110 volts present to the incline motor whenever the treadmill power is on, and the switches have no effect on it. What does the problem appear to be, and are parts available to fix it? This treadmill does not have a sticker with more detailed model number or serial number.
