How can I reorder the names in my gradebook?

From the main NCWISE screen, select a class. On the right, you will see your student’s names. Look for the S… column. This is the “Sequence” column. NCWISE orders the names 1st by this sequence number and then alphabetical order. Everyone normally has a sequence number of 0. This means that since everyone has the same number, it sorts them alphabetically. To put a student at the end of the list, simply change their sequence number to something other than 0 (100, for example). Click Save Sequence. That student will be placed at the bottom of the list. To put them back in alphabetical order, click Setup Options. Click Generate Alpha Sequence. Click Yes.
