How can I remove the show nn options from the navigation bar?
In screens which allow multiple rows to be displayed in a horizontal arrangement the navigation bar contains a set of hyperlinks which allow the number of rows in each page to be altered. In some cases it may be that the number of rows which can be displayed is fixed, therefore these links are redundant and should be removed from the screen.
