You can modify the httpd.conf file to remove the RHEL test page that appears in place of the home page of CSFE after installation. Add COLLABNET CONFIGURATION to the /etc/httpd/conf/httpd.conf file. This includes the rewrite rules, which removes the RHEL test page.
