How can I remove tape adhesive from a mirror?

If you can lay it down on a flat surface where it cant fall. Mix dish detergent and warm water. You want the mix really soapy Soak the mirror for a few minutes just pour mix on mirror. After awhile use a Scraping razor , you cant find them in stores like Home depot and such even Wal-Mart. Slowly and EVENLY scrape the mirror in one direction only. Make sure the mirror stays very wet while you scrape. You do not need much force but you do need the blade to stay flat take your time, this is something you don’t want to rush on. Do it for a living sorta.

Try using alcohol, gently rubbing it. If you very gently use a razor blade it shouldn’t damage the mirror, but you have to work slowly and carefully.

rub a little oil into the glue and wipe with a paper towel then use a glass cleaner to remove traces of oil.

Goo-Gone works great. but if thats not available just use a razor blade, I worked at a furniture store and we always had to use razor blades to remove the dredded X. Good Luck!

Just keep persevering with water to damp it down or some of the ‘remove all label’ stuff I would not recommend scraping. You may damage your lovely new mirror and scratch it. Doesn’t it annoy us when company stick these labels on our products !!!!!
