How can I remove my wifes name from the deeds to our house without renewing mortgage?
as you see in the other answer people talk about a quit claim deed this means her name is off of the property for tax and liabilty not off the mortgage you either have to refinance it or see if the mortgage company will let your wife remove her name from the mortgage which more than likely wont happen because they can come back on her if it doesnt get paid
