How can I remove cooking oil stains from a T shirt ?
Dawn works, so does Shout. The key with these is to let the product work awhile before washing the item. I usually pretreat the item and let the spot/stain remover work for at least 1/2 an hour before washing. If you’ve got a really stubborn one, get some Simple Green. It’s a concentrated spray cleaner you can get in paint, hardware, automotive and some grocery stores. Just give the spot a spray and let the Simple Green work for awhile. Then launder as usual. I’ve used Simple Green to remove axle grease from jeans and it works like a charm. But ya have to give any product time to work before washing.
