How can I remove bracelet (c245) of SEIKO watch?

Because the fastener no longer works I want to remove the stainless steel bracelet and find a replacement. It isn’t obvious how it comes off. The number 180869 is printed on the back of the watch but I don’t know if this is the proper model number.
