I would note that any attempt to remove the drip has risks (several sites I consulted concluded that there was nothing to be done to remove paint from leather w/out also affecting the dye in the leather.) Try both of these in a non-visible area on the leather first, to ensure that they will not remove the dyes or harm the leather.
