PayPage does not currently have a refund request. However, merchants can process refunds directly through Merchant Center: PTC URL: https://merchantcenter.ptcfe.intuit.com/portal/authsec/portal/qbms/Process+transactions?overridePaymentAction=V Production URL: https://merchantcenter.intuit.com/portal/authsec/portal/qbms/Process+transactions?overridePaymentAction=V If you know the Transaction ID you can link directly to a transaction in Merchant Service Center using the URL: https://merchantcenter.intuit.com/portal/authsec/portal/qbms/Search+and+reporting/ TransactionDetail?transactionId=XXXXXXX where XXXXXXX is the transaction id of the desired transaction.
