How can I reduce the amount of stress reactions / stressful periods?
If you learn to recognize the factors / events that cause stress in your life, they are easier to manage and predict. For example, taking short breaks during the workday between more loading (mentally or physically) periods can show up as recovery (green) in stress analysis, which can serve to recharge your resources. In general, it is good to learn to recognize what are the stressful factors in your life, so that you can better predict impending fatigue and avoid exhaustion.
