How can I redeem an airberlin flight voucher?
airberlin flight vouchers can only be redeemed via the airberlin Service Centre and you will need to quote the voucher number and code. airberlin flight vouchers are valid for one year from the date of purchase. The amount shown on the voucher cannot be used for flight bookings until the airline has received the payment for the voucher. Please note that for an airberlin flight voucher to be credited, the currency shown on the voucher must match the currency selected when booking the flight.
