if you reformatted it, and didn’t take a back up, the chances of getting that file back are /seriously/ small… there is /some/ undelete software that can get a few files from a format (high end stuff that is more effective costs) – so it would be luck of the draw if the format, and subsequent re-instalation of software didn’t overwrite it… your only other way would be to try and get hold of whoever hosts the account – and see if they have a backup (be prepared to suck up massively and/or spend money – that kind of job isn’t in their job description!) and, your last chance would be to mail those people you want emails from, and ask for duplicates!
