How can I recover a profile w/ game saves on xbox 360 hard drive?

My profile was recently deleted by accident from my xbox 360. Unfortunately that profile in question was my main profile that had most of my important game saves. It was not an xbox live profile although my live profile was created a couple weeks ago by using my main profile that is now deleted. Thank You !
