How can I record my guitar through my macbook?
The only input Macbooks have is through the mic socket. You will need an adaptor for this. Be very careful connecting it up to your amp, it may blow your Macbook into scrap. Check that the impedance is compatible and that the current does not wreck your laptop. Put it through a MIDI mixing console and you should be OK, not an amp, you will destroy your lappie if you do that. MIDI is the way to go.
