How can I record a meeting or lecture presentation sound clearly?

0

Please note the following when recording a meeting or lecture presentation sound: • Set REC LEVEL to AUTO AGC and MIC SENS to HIGH. • If you use the built-in microphone, place the IC recorder within 3 to 4 meters from the sound source. To record sound of a distant voice such as a lecture presentation, it is recommended to use an optional microphone for clearer recording.*1 • To record a sound centering on a specific direction, set DIRECTNL (directional) switch to ON. *2 • To prevent noise caused by a projector, etc, set LCF (LOW CUT) Low Cut Filtr to ON in the menu. • To record at a meeting, use the cradle supplied with the unit to reduce noise from a table, etc. *1: When an external microphone is connected, the DIRECTNL switch does not work. *2: Even when the stereo recording mode (STHQ, ST, or STLP mode) is selected, if the DIRECTNLswitch is set to ON the sound is recorded in the monaural mode.
