If there is a GlaxoSmithKline Oral Healthcare representative visiting your office on a regular basis, you can obtain samples from your representative. If there is not a representative visiting your office, or you are unsure as to who your representative is, please contact GlaxoSmithKline Oral Healthcare at 1-800-268-5747. Please note that all GlaxoSmithKline Oral Healthcare representatives are required to speak to a denturist, dentist or hygienist in order to leave denture care sample kits.
