To receive both paper and e-Statements, log in to UCB Personal Online Banking, go to “Account Services” and complete Section 4 of the “Account Service Request Form”. A $5 per statement cycle fee will be assessed to your account for each paper statement that you request to receive in addition to your e-Statement.
