• You can access UPS WorldShip Help Files by following these steps: • In UPS WorldShip application menu, select “Help”. • Select “UPS WorldShip Help”. • Select the Content, Index or Find tabs to locate information within the help files. The Index tab contains file ‘mapping info’ for ‘Shipment Data Fields’. • Additional information about UPS WorldShip integration for importing and exporting data can be found at worldship.ups.com. Select the links in the right column. • The UPS External Customer Technical Support Helpdesk is available at: 1-888-553-1118. Helpdesk support is limited to UPS WorldShip and the import/export process related to UPS WorldShip. • Additional Assistance is available through your UPS Account Representative by calling: 1-800-PICK-UPS.
