For follow-up questions relating to your pet’s care with The Oncology Service that are non-urgent in nature, you can reach us via email or by contacting Tracey Baxter (Washington DC) or Danielle DeLapp (Leesburg VA) Monday-Friday from 8 am- 6 pm. If you elect to email, please include all oncology doctors and your corresponding oncology coordinator on the email and allow 24 hours for a response. We monitor email regularly; however, for any urgent matters please do not wait for an email response, please call us.
