Press any key and watch for the status LEDS to flash on the web server. If they do not flash, check your serial cable (make sure it is not a null modem or from an APC UPS). Check your comm port with another device to make sure you have selected the correct comm port. You may need to move the ‘null modem’ jumpers as outlined above.
