How can I quickly create a meeting for recipients of an email message in Zimbra?
You can invite everyone copied on an email message to a meeting by dragging the email message onto a date on the “mini calendar” in the lower left-hand corner of your email window in the Zimbra web client. This will open a new appointment window that you can use to delete and add attendees to the meeting before saving it and to specify the time, location and other details for the meeting.
