EggFree Baking Books are an e-Books purchased through this website. Payment is via PayPal using either your Paypal account or major credit card where available. EggFree Baking Books are electronic books viewed using adobe acrobat software and is fully printable using your own printer, either page by page, or in the books entirety. What I do with each book is print the ebook off (in black and white) and slipped the pages into a 100 page Eastlight flip folder/display folder with clear pockets. The advantage of doing this is the pages don’t get messed up with unfortunate spills that happen from time to time in any kitchen. Ebooks have a cost saving of half the price over hardprinted books with shipping included. Another advantage is that they are immediately forwarded to your email address once the PayPal payment is completed.
