How can i punish my apartment neighbors for their noisy hateful dogs constantly barking every day, all day?
Really, that is terribly irritating. I hate the fact that so many neighbors are so inconsiderate of the disturbance caused by their dogs, their music, their arguing — but, it’s also just a fact of life in most apartment buildings: as long as management allows dogs, and the design of the building doesn’t divert or suppress the noise, this is just what comes with the territory of apartment living. You really cannot escape it. If you can’t move, get good-quality earplugs and white-noise generators to mask most of it. If you can move, be particularly alert to this issue in any new apartment building.
