How can I proxy a partner relationship issue to another Cisco employee?
First create a Corrective Action Plan, stating in the “Plan to Resolve Issue” text box that you intend to proxy the issue to the appropriate person. After the Corrective Action Plan has been created, you can go back to this open issue and now proxy by clicking the Assign Proxy link and following the instructions. Note that you still own the issue even though you’ve proxied someone else to address it. After the proxy addresses and then closes the issue, you, as CAM or SE, still need to review the issue detail and then, if satisfied, close the issue yourself.
