How can I protect my reputation if another photographer says he’s with ActionShots and doesn’t take care of his customers?
• A. Bad business practices and misrepresentation are the only reasons we will terminate a photographer from using the Actionshots search site. You must understand that neither you nor any other photographer “represents” Actionshots. If you say you do, you will be terminated immediately. You no more represent Actionshots than you represent “Google” or “Yahoo” because you are in their search database. If you said you did it would be fraud, plain and simple. People come to Actionshots simply to look for your photos. Don’t make it any more complicated than that and you will make more money.
