How can I protect a project with a non-disclosure agreement (NDA)?
The process to use a NDA to protect a project works as follows. When posting a project on twago, the customer opts for NDA-protection. Then, the customer can select whether the twago standard NDA is sufficient or an individual NDA-document should be uploaded, which has to be done in pdf format. It is also possible to customize the twago standard NDA according to individual needs. The customer has the possibility to give a brief description of the project, which is visible to every user on the platform. The complete, more detailed description is only visible to providers after they signed the NDA document and the customer has agreed to let them see the project description after he reviewed the signature. After that, the provider is also able to make an offer. The signature is given by typing the last name in a text box. This is legally binding.
