How can i promote my new ironing business?
Put out flyers. That is how my husband and I got most of our customers at first. Put them out in higher priced neighborhoods, they tend to be more willing to pay people to do what they personally don’t want to spend their time doing. You can either put them out yourselves or pay someone to put them out for you. There are actually businesses who specialize in flyer advertising aand distributing. We decided to do it ourselves because you save alot of money and get one heck of a work out! Just make sure to wear really comfy shoes! (I learned this the hard way!) Lol!!! We also advertised on the Verizon superpages and Yahoo. You can pay per click or you can have a free listing. The only drawback of the free listing is that it will not show at the top of the list when people do a search for your business. You should at least post a free ad on both sites.
