How can I print the Profit and Loss and a Balance Sheet reports?
• Open the Financials module then click P and L The Print Output window appears. Select the required output, then click Run • Complete the Criteria window as follows: • From the Period From drop-down list, choose the first period that you want to include in the Period figures on the report • From the Period To drop-down list, choose the latest period that you want to include in the Period figures on the report • From the Chart of Accounts drop-down list, choose the Chart of Accounts that you want to use to calculate the report To run the Profit and Loss report, click OK. If you have errors in your Chart of Accounts, a window appears informing you that this may result in incorrect information on the report. You should correct the Chart of Accounts errors before proceeding. The report runs. If you chose to preview, the report appears.
