• .dbf (dbase III or IV) file • .csv comma or tab delimited file • .txt comma or tab delimited file The mail class and weight will NOT be read, so ALL addresses in the file must require the SAME settings for package type, mail class, and weight. This method is ONLY for domestic mail, not International mail. This print option is often used with large First Class letter or postcard mailings. NOTE: If you are printing Parcel Post, Priority Mail, or First Class mail your mail piece (letter or package) will need to be the same size for all items you intend to batch print.
