How can I print my NxtNote to a different printer closer to me?
In most workshop situations, there are from two to four printers around the conference room. As the workshop continues, you’ll find that you get up and move around the room. We have made it easy to print to the closest printer. Each printer has a colored dot on it (either red, blue, green or yellow). These correspond to printers in the NxtNote software. Simply click on the color of the printer you are closest to and, voila you can print to that printer. ▲Back to the top Q: Why can’t I capture more than a couple hundred characters? A: NxtNote is perfect for capturing one “chunk” of information. While there is technically no limit to the amount of data that can be captured, there is a limit to the size of the note. Our barcode gets correspondingly larger the more text typed. If we allowed unlimited data to be captured, at some point the barcode would fill the entire NxtNote. We have had to strike a balance between the amount of data captured, vs. your ability to see it on the NxtNote. It
