A19. Right-click on the attachment icon and choose “Open.” The file will open in the appropriate application and you can print it from there. If an attachment does not open in the correct application when you double-click on its icon, go to Tools, Options, Environment. Click on “Default Actions.” Under “File Attachments,” select “Open attachment.
