File BlankForm.snp is included with WinMax. This data collection form is a “snapshot” file that can be printed with Microsoft’s free Snapshot Viewer. If you don’t have the Snapshot Viewer (included with Microsoft Office 2000 and later), you can download it from the following Web address: support.microsoft.com/default.aspx?scid=kb;en-us;175274 To see an example of the data collection form with data, open file SampleForm.snp.
