How can I prevent the details of private appointments from appearing on printouts of my Outlook 2007 calendars?
To avoid printing private information, you must ensure that your private calendar items have been marked as private. There is no option to print the calendar without including any appointments marked as private, however you can hide the details of those appointments during the printing phase. To do so, select Print from the File menu. Under Print range, select Hide details of private appointments.
