How can I prepare the Spiceworks inventory submittal?
After the inventory has been created by Spiceworks, use the Spiceworks internal backup function (available from the Settings page). This function will create a .zip file that should be uploaded to the Primary Data Center. Prior to making the inventory backup, create a Spiceworks user account (i.e., Spiceworks@ssrc.myflorida.com) for use by the Primary Data Center and provide the password to your Primary Data Center contact.
