How can I port my number(s) to Teliax?
First, check out our LNP availability tool to see if you number can be ported. To begin the port process you’ll need to fill out and submit an LOA (Letter of Authorization) that can be downloaded here. Fax the LOA back to us at (866) 366-3409 or (303) 412-7078. Please be advised there is a one time $25 fee per batch of ported local or toll-free numbers.
