How can I play Nintendo Wii online in a hotel room wireless connection?
If it is a hotel where you need to use a login page first, it could be difficult or even impossible. The only work-around I could see is this: The console’s MAC/IP needs to be registered with the hotel’s system, and they do that through a browser login page. So, if you have added the wireless connection on the Wii, that’s the first step. Ignore any connection errors, the connection test won’t work yet. Then, open up the Internet channel which you hopefully have (if not, this won’t be possible). Try to open any page and it should go straight to the hotel’s log in page. If that works, you can go on from there, and hopefully the Wii will work for other uses besides the browser as well!
