How can I place a purchase order?
Please send a purchase order with an authorized signature and title. If your school does not issue purchase orders, you must submit your order on school letterhead signed by the person with purchasing authority. We do not accept purchase orders over the telephone. Please mail or fax them. If you fax your order, please do not send us the original. We accept Purchase Orders online. Its quick and easy 24 hours a day. After selecting the items you would like to order, select the Purchase Order pay method and set up an account. Please include your School name and address for shipping. For invoicing, please supply the District or proper name and address for Accounts Payable.
We only accept purchase orders for more than $100 from corporate/government customers. To place a purchase order, follow the steps below: • select an appropriate product license • click the “Order” button to visit the order page • fill in the order form • at the bottom of the order page, select Method of payment: Purchase Order • click the “Next” button • you will be provided with the quote (proforma invoice) and additional information necessary to complete your order (you will need to fax your purchase order along with the quote to the order processing office) Note that a manual processing fee of $3.00 applies when placing a purchase order.
As a corporate client, you can generally order using a purchase order, unless the software publisher does not offer this option. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept purchase orders from private customers. Please mail or fax us your official order on company letterhead. Please include the following information so we can process your order more quickly: • The product name and the specific product ID, if known • The number of items desired • The name the product license will be issued to • Your billing address and your delivery address, if different • Name, phone and fax number of the contact person for your order • The e-mail address to which the order confirmation and invoice should be sent, and your e-mail delivery address, if different • The requested billing currency If you include all of the required information, your order can be processed by our customer service team within 24 hours.
