To whom it may concern, My name is Freddy Rincon and I am a 11th-grade student at William Henry Spencer High School in Columbus, Georgia. I was accepted to participate as a member of the People to People Student Ambassador Program to Europe this summer. The objective of the program is to promote international understanding while building leadership skills among America’s youth.
