How can I perform the Statistical processes on my already uploaded semiconductor test data in Yield Power SQL?
Yes, click on the menu option “Test Data” in the “Maintenance” Manu. Resultant Data Detail form will be opened. Select a test data file from the Data File drop down list and the test data for the selected file will be displayed in the window. Click on the Remove Outlier button and the Yield Power will open the Basic Test Data Information form. Click on the Process Data button and the Yield Power will perform the statistical calculations on the data and will display the Statistical processes.
