How can I participate in the FLD World Record attempt?
Families can attend a public FLD World Record Attempt event being held in your town, or you can hold your own event at home. Please visit the Family Literacy Day website, www.FamilyLiteracyDay.ca, for a listing of events in your area or to download the step-by-step event co-ordinator guide for hosting a World Record Attempt event. Organizations planning to hold public events include various Oxford Learning Centres, YMCAs, libraries, schools and literacy organizations. Contact one of these organizations to see if they are participating or check your local newspaper for event listings.
