Even if you are able to overclock your CPU, it will barely help, most games rely a lot more on the GPU rather than the CPU. The only thing you can do is update video drivers, use the lowest resolution and detail settings, etc. Anyway, most laptops have inefficient cooling (bad design, cheap thermal paste, small heatsink), an external fan won’t be enough on an overclocked CPU. Laptops are not ideal for gaming, acceptable ones cost a fortune. Just check wattage on a mid $110 video card. Those GPUs on a laptop will drain the battery in a few minutes, before melting them.
