How can i organize my bills better so i can pay them on time?

I use my bank bill payer service, so if I have a bill like my sewer bill that comes every 3 months I put it in a couple of weeks before it is due with a guess at the amount guessing a little high. Mine is usually 101.30 but I got a note saying it was going up 3.95 a month so I put in an extra $12. When I get the next bill I will change it to the correct amount or it will be paid wrong if I don’t remember to change it. My water is the worst it varies so much by season. I can go from 34 in the winter to over 50 in the summer so I just pay 50 or so every two months and let it stay over paid. I will adjust if I remember then pay it two correct then start over paying again. I set up my bank to grab my electric and gas bills and pay whatever they are so I don’t even need to look. I pay my credit card from another bank from the credit card site but set up a bill payer for at least $100 a week before it is due so if I forget it will charge interest but not penalites, I pay in full every month
