A repair order from the responsible Community Health Centre (CHC) must be provided to ETS prior to repair work commencing on any MASS wheelchair. A faxed copy is sufficient, so just ask your CHC staff to fax a copy to us. When we receive your written order, we will make an appointment time for the equipment to be brought in for inspection and repair. Unfortunately, verbal requests at the time of delivery of the equipment to ETS cannot be acted on. For more extensive repairs, ETS may not be able to generate an accurate quote for repair until after the wheelchair is inspected. In these cases, repairs may not be able to be commenced immediately or completed as quikly as first anticipated. In such cases, ETS will negotiate a plan for repair to ensure the least inconvenience.
