How can I order replacement parts for a toy, piece of furniture or activity gym?
Remember the beloved DiscoverSounds Workshop that I mentioned in the first part of this review? Well, shortly after he received it for Christmas, my son lost the purple plastic screw that fits in the top of the workbench. We looked in all his usual hiding placesbetween the sofa cushions, in my sock drawer, under his crib and even inside the pots and pans in the kitchen. It had vanished into thin air! So I again called the friendly and helpful folks in Consumer Service (800-321-0183), who were ready to take the blame for my sons misdeeds. They offered to send me a complete set of hardware, including all the toy screws, for only the cost of shipping and handling ($5). I think Ill take them up on the offer.
