How can I order inspection stickers and forms MV-50?
On-line (inspection stickers only) Inspection stations can order inspection stickers on-line. You must provide your facility number, the type of stickers you that you need, and an e-mail address to receive your confirmation. Use a credit card to pay for the order. The order normally arrives in two weeks if you use standard postal delivery, or less than two weeks if you use an express mail service. There is a fee of $10 for express mail service. In person (Albany only) You can bring your order to the service counter of the Division of Vehicle Safety Services. The service counter is located in Room 110 on the First Floor in Core One of the Swan Street Building at the Empire State Plaza in Albany. The service counter is open weekdays, 7:45 AM – 4:15 PM (except state holidays). The service counter cannot issue your order. The DMV must mail your order to you.
