How can I order additional containers for trash, yard trimmings and recycling?
Trash: Residents are billed based on the size of can and the number of trash containers. In some areas your rate may depend on the placement of your container(s). Residents provide their own container(s) or they may rent a 64- or 96-gallon container from Allied for trash service. Call (650) 592-2411 for details. Most household materials can be recycled. By using smaller or fewer trash containers, residents can save money on their bill. Yard Trimmings Containers: Residents are provided with one yard-trimmings cart. Residents may call or email requests for additional yard trimmings carts, which can be purchased for $75 per cart or rented on a monthly basis for a minimal fee. Recycling Containers: Additional materials may be placed in any recycling container as long as paper is kept separate from co-mingled bottles, cans and plastics or exceed 60lbs.
