How can I obtain the newer function prediction information for a gene model?
The GeneModel object contains a field: “Function_110103” which contains newer functional predictions from the MIPS annotation released on 11/01/2003. If you search using the GST probe form, ensuring that “Probe” is selected in the “Display Options”, there will be a “Probe” column in your search results.
